How per-site billing works
Each upgraded site has its own subscription, billed through Polar. Cancel any time: the site keeps its data and, if it fits your free allowance, stays online. Beyond it, the site is unpublished — never deleted — and one upgrade brings it back.
How AI credits work
AI is metered in tokens from one pooled balance for your whole account — every paid site adds its monthly allowance to the same pot. Monthly credits reset each cycle and don't roll over; top-up credit packs stack on your balance and never expire.
What do I need to get started?
A link. Paste your Instagram, Facebook Page or Google Business profile and SPACEBAR does the rest. No profile? Start from any template and type your details in — generation is optional, the editor isn't.
How long does it actually take?
About a minute from pasting a link to a finished draft in the editor. Connecting a custom domain adds a DNS change at your registrar — usually minutes, occasionally longer while DNS propagates.
Will my site look like everyone else's?
No. Each generated design is sampled inside one of eight archetypes — fonts, palette, hero treatment — and checked against recently generated sites so it doesn't repeat. Prefer full control? Start from a template and make it yours.
Can I edit everything afterwards?
Everything. Every word, photo, section and color is a field in the drag-and-drop editor. Around thirty section blocks are available, and an AI assistant in the editor makes changes when you'd rather describe them than click them.
Where does the copy come from?
From your own profiles: your description, your services, your photos — and your real reviews. Testimonials are only ever actual 4–5★ Google reviews, and the review count shown is your true total. Nothing is invented.
What does free include?
Two full sites per account — generated, edited, published and hosted at yourname.withspacebar.com, with forms, SEO and everything else, plus a starter AI allowance that covers generating and polishing them. Free sites carry a small “Made with SPACEBAR” badge.
How do custom domains work?
Upgrade the site, add two DNS records at your registrar — the checklist shows exactly which, live — and SPACEBAR issues SSL certificates and switches your site over. Both yourbusiness.com and www.yourbusiness.com work: the one you chose is canonical, the other redirects to it.
What happens if I cancel a paid site?
The site keeps all its data and becomes one of your free sites. If that would exceed the two-site free allowance, it's unpublished — never deleted — and publishing again is one upgrade away.
How does the AI allowance work?
AI usage is measured in tokens, from one pooled balance for your whole account. Every account starts with a free allowance, and each paid site adds a monthly allowance on top — with several paid sites, they all pool together. Monthly credits reset when the cycle renews and don't roll over; if you run low, credit packs stack onto your balance and never expire.

Is my content used to train AI?
No. Your profiles, photos, copy and your visitors' form submissions are used to build and run your site — never to train models. You can also block AI crawlers from reading your published site with one toggle.
