The planners
Two planners, one promise
Marlowe and June met working the same hotel ballroom circuit a decade ago and started Ever & Ivy with a shared conviction that every celebration should be unmistakably the couple's own. We cap our calendar at twelve weddings a year so both of us know every celebration inside out — the aunt who needs a quiet corner, the song that has to play at sunset, the rain plan nobody will ever notice we used. Marlowe leads design and paper; June runs budgets, timelines, and the day itself with a clipboard and unshakable calm. Between us we've planned more than one hundred twenty weddings across the Lowcountry, and we still cry at almost every single one.

How many weddings do you take on?
Twelve a year, total, across both planners. It's the number that lets us give every couple unhurried attention — and it's why our calendar for peak months fills 14 to 18 months out.
We don't live in Charleston. Can you still plan our wedding?
Most of our couples plan from out of state. We run video design meetings, walk venues with a camera in hand, and build your timeline so your visits count — many couples see their venue only twice before the wedding.
Do we have to use your vendors?
No — we recommend from a book of sixty-plus Lowcountry vendors we trust, but we happily work with anyone you love. We vet contracts and manage every vendor either way.
What does a typical Ever & Ivy wedding cost?
Most of our full-service couples invest between $75,000 and $200,000 all-in, though we've planned beautiful days well outside that range in both directions. We'll tell you honestly, in the first call, what your vision costs in this city.
What's the difference between month-of and partial planning?
Month-of means you plan everything and we execute the final four weeks and the day itself. Partial means we join six months out and co-pilot the rest — design decisions, budget, and vendors included.
