Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — dogs, cats, and small companion birds are all welcome, and most new patients get a first appointment within a few days. Bring any prior records you have, or just the name of your old clinic and we'll request them for you.
My pet is terrified of the vet. Can you help?
That's exactly what our fear-free approach is for. Tell us when you book and we'll schedule a quieter time slot, start the visit on the floor with treats, and never hold a scared animal down for convenience. For very anxious pets we can also plan a few no-treatment 'happy visits' that are just snacks and hellos.
What if my pet has an emergency after hours?
Call our main line any time — the after-hours message gives you the on-call number for the 24-hour emergency hospital we partner with, five minutes away. If your pet is seen there overnight, we'll have their records synced and follow up with you the next morning.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept CareCredit and Scratchpay for larger treatments and surgeries, and we'll always give you a written estimate — with options at different price points — before any care begins. Good medicine shouldn't be a mystery bill.
Do you board pets or offer grooming?
We don't board or groom, on purpose — we'd rather do medicine well than everything halfway. We keep a shortlist of local boarders and groomers we trust, though, and we're happy to share it at the front desk.
New patients

New patients are usually seen within a few days, and same-day sick visits are held every morning. Book online or call the front desk — we answer like people, not a phone tree.
