Scheduling, matching, and how progress gets measured.
How does scheduling work?
You pick a weekly slot and it's yours for the semester — same day, same time, same tutor. Need to miss a week? Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice, and we'll find a makeup slot within a few days.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — any one-on-one program can run over video with a shared digital whiteboard, and many families mix in-studio and online week to week. Group labs and Homework Club are in-person only.
How will I know it's working?
Every family gets a monthly progress report in plain English: what we covered, what clicked, and what's next. Test-prep students also get score analytics after each full practice test.
What if my student doesn't click with their tutor?
Tell us and we'll rematch them, free, no awkwardness — the tutors ask us to. The right fit matters more than any curriculum, and it usually takes at most one switch.
Is the first session really free?
Really. It's a 45-minute assessment plus a mini-lesson, and you leave with a written learning plan whether you sign up or not. No card required to book it.
