How long until the system pays for itself?
Most Phoenix homes we install land between six and nine years, depending on your usage, your utility's rate plan, and the federal tax credit. Your quote includes the payback math for your actual bills — not a best-case brochure number.
Who handles the permits and utility paperwork?
We do, start to finish. Our office files the city permit, coordinates the inspection, and submits your interconnection application to the utility. You sign twice: once on the contract, once when we flip the system on.
Do I need a battery, or is solar enough?
Solar alone cuts the bill; a battery adds outage backup and lets you use your own afternoon production during expensive evening peak hours. On time-of-use plans the battery often improves the math — we'll model your rate plan both ways so you can decide with numbers.
What do the warranties actually cover?
Panels carry a 25-year production warranty, inverters 10 to 12 years depending on the model, and our own workmanship — the racking, wiring, and roof penetrations — is covered for 10 years. If a roof leak traces to our install, we fix the roof, not just the panel.
Can we finance the system?
Yes. We work with local credit unions on solar loans with $0 down and no prepayment penalty, and many customers pay less per month on the loan than they were paying the utility. We don't push leases — you keep the tax credit and the equity.
