No — estimates for installations and remodels are always free. For diagnostic service calls we charge a flat $59 trip fee, which is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician is licensed for their trade in Colorado, background-checked, and covered by our liability insurance and bonding. We pull permits whenever the work requires one.
Do you really answer emergencies 24/7?
We do. A live dispatcher — not an answering service — takes calls around the clock, and our average emergency response time in the metro is about an hour.
