How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for cuts and 3–4 weeks for color or bridal services. Same-day openings do pop up — call us and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a chair is free, absolutely. Weekday mornings are your best bet; weekends are almost always fully booked.
What products do you use?
We work exclusively with clean, cruelty-free lines including Oribe, Davines, and our own Aurelia botanical range, all available to take home.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — we simply ask for 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged in full.
Do you offer bridal or group bookings?
Yes! We host bridal parties, birthday groups, and private buyouts of the atelier. Email us with your date and party size for a custom quote.
