Usually an afternoon. The importer brings over issues, labels, and attachments from Jira, Linear, Trello, and Asana, and maps your old statuses onto Trellum's board. Most teams import on a Friday and plan their first cycle the following Monday.
Only people who create or edit work pay for a seat — $12 or $29 per month depending on plan, billed monthly with no annual lock-in. Stakeholders with read and comment access are free on the Team plan, and there are no per-project or usage fees on top.
In the EU by default (Frankfurt), with US residency available on Enterprise. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, we run independent penetration tests twice a year, and we're SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is never used for anything except running your workspace.
