Your warehouse, moving at machine speed

Axiom's autonomous robots pick up totes, weave around your people, and deliver to the right station every time — orchestrated by software that learns your facility's rhythm. Live in weeks, inside the building you already have.

What we deploy

The platform

Hardware, orchestration, and the crew that gets it live.

Fleet Hardware

Autonomous tote-moving robots rated for 100 lb payloads and 16-hour shifts, navigating by lidar and vision with no floor tape or infrastructure changes. Hot-swappable batteries keep the fleet moving through peak.

Orchestration Software

The traffic brain of the fleet: assigns every tote to the best-placed robot, balances congestion in real time, and syncs with your WMS through standard APIs. Dashboards show pick rates, robot health, and bottlenecks live.

Deployment & Integration

Our own crews map your facility, model throughput against a season of your order data, and bring the fleet live in four to six weeks — nights and weekends if your operation can't pause. Training for your floor team is included.

Support & Spares

Every robot reports telemetry to our bench around the clock. Most faults are fixed remotely; anything physical ships as a swap-in module with a guided ten-minute replacement. Spare pools live on your site, not in our warehouse.

Peak Season Scaling

Add robots for the surge, return them after. Extra units arrive pre-mapped to your facility and join the fleet the day they roll off the truck — capacity that flexes with your calendar instead of your headcount.

How it lands

Deployment

From site walk to live fleet — measured at every step.

01

Site assessment

We walk the facility, map the aisles, and take away a season of order data — the model starts from your reality.

02

Throughput model

Robot count, pick rates, and ROI timeline in writing before anything is signed. The numbers are the contract.

03

Install & go-live

The fleet is commissioned around your shifts — nights and weekends if the operation can't pause — with the floor team trained before handover.

04

Support & scale

Telemetry streams back around the clock, spares stay within reach, and the fleet flexes with your peaks.

The company

Built by people who've walked the floor

Axiom Dynamics started in 2022 when a team of aerospace guidance engineers spent a peak season embedded in a third-party logistics warehouse and watched pickers walk eleven miles a shift. The robots we build are the answer to that walk: rugged autonomous carriers that navigate by lidar and vision — no magnetic tape, no floor rework — directed by an orchestration engine that assigns every tote to the robot best placed to move it. We manufacture in Ohio, we deploy with our own crews rather than subcontractors, and we design every component to be swapped on the floor in under ten minutes. Our contracts are built around throughput: if the fleet doesn't hit the pick rates we modeled in your assessment, the next quarter's fee shrinks until it does.

Field reports

Operators, on the record

We went live in five weeks without stopping a single shift. Ninety days in, our pickers walk a third of what they used to and our error rate is the lowest it's been in company history.
Renata Kowalski, VP Operations at Cedarline Fulfillment
The throughput guarantee is what sold our CFO, but the support bench is what sold me. A robot faulted at 2 a.m. on Black Friday week — Axiom had diagnosed it remotely before my night lead finished the incident ticket.
Marcus Ellery, Director of DC Operations at Portwell Goods
We scaled from 24 robots to 60 for peak and back down in January. No other vendor we evaluated would even quote that — Axiom treats it as the normal way to run a fleet.
Ingrid Vasquez, COO at Meridian Supply Co.

FAQ

Before the site visit

Integration, safety, ROI, and what happens when a robot faults.

How does the fleet integrate with our WMS?

Through standard REST APIs with pre-built connectors for the major warehouse management systems. Orders flow in, tote assignments flow back, and your WMS stays the system of record — most integrations are complete inside the first two weeks of deployment.

What does our facility need to change before robots arrive?

Usually nothing structural. The robots navigate by lidar and vision, so there's no floor tape, no rails, and no new racking. We need standard power for charging docks, Wi-Fi or a private cellular network, and aisles at least 42 inches wide — our site assessment flags anything else.

How do the robots behave around our people?

They're designed for shared aisles: 360-degree obstacle detection, audible and visual signaling, and a hard stop the moment anything unexpected enters their path. The fleet is certified to ANSI/RIA safety standards, and your team gets hands-on training before the first robot moves a tote.

When does the investment pay for itself?

Most facilities cross break-even between months 9 and 14, driven by labor hours redeployed, error rates falling, and peak capacity you no longer staff for. Your site assessment includes an ROI model built from a season of your own order data — not an industry average.

What happens when a robot breaks?

It tells us first. Telemetry streams to our support bench around the clock, and most faults are resolved remotely. For physical failures, every wearing component is a swap-in module your own technician can replace in under ten minutes, with the spare pool already on your site.
