Content strategy, newsletters, and launch campaigns for founders and B2B teams — systems that compound, not posts that vanish.
Services
Clear scopes, clear prices, and a waitlist I actually maintain.
Three weeks to a complete strategy: positioning, pillars, channels, and a ninety-day calendar your team can execute without me.
From zero to a newsletter people forward — format, voice, growth loops, and the operating rhythm that keeps it weekly.
Product and book launches with a content engine behind them — waitlist, story arc, and the week-one drumbeat.
Your ideas, interviewed out of you and published in your voice — the essays and posts that make you the person your industry quotes.
The short version
Content strategy that turns expertise into an audience.
About me
I started as a journalist, moved into B2B marketing, and kept noticing the same thing: companies full of genuine experts publishing content a intern could have guessed. The fix isn't writing harder — it's strategy. What do you know that your market doesn't? Who needs to hear it? What should exist every single week without a meeting about it?
That's what I build. In seven years I've grown two newsletters past fifty thousand subscribers, run the content program behind a nine-figure acquisition, and turned dozens of founders into the person their industry quotes. I work hands-on with a small number of clients — strategy, systems, and the first months of execution until your team runs it without me.
Process
Thirty free minutes on what you know, who needs it, and whether I'm the right person to package it.
A short written plan — positioning, pillars, channels, cadence — that would work even if you never hired me again.
We ship together: formats, templates, and the weekly rhythm, until publishing runs on rails instead of willpower.
Your team (or your calendar) runs it; I step back to a light advisory seat or wave goodbye properly.
Client notes
“Talia's sprint gave us more clarity in three weeks than two years of posting ever did. Six months later, inbound leads mention the newsletter by name.”
“She grew my newsletter from 800 to 24,000 subscribers in a year — and somehow it sounds more like me than my own drafts did.”
“The launch campaign sold out our cohort in nine days. The waitlist she built is still feeding the next three.”
FAQ
Founders and B2B teams with real expertise and no time to package it — usually post-revenue, pre-content-team. If your best thinking currently lives in sales calls, we'll get along.
Both, in that order. Every engagement starts with strategy, but I stay through execution — writing, editing, and building the rhythm — until your team (or your habit) can run it.
Honest answer: launches pay off in weeks, newsletters in months, authority in quarters. I'll show you the leading indicators so you're never guessing whether it's compounding.
I keep six retainer seats and a real waitlist — usually four to eight weeks. Sprints and launches book faster. Either way, the intro call costs nothing and helps you plan.
