Creative developer
Launch sites, generative visuals, and interactive installations — engineered properly, shipped on time, and strange in the ways that get shared.
Services
Scoped in writing, engineered to survive launch day.
One-page worlds for releases and announcements — scroll-driven, fast, and built to survive the traffic spike they're designed to cause.
Living artwork from your data or your sound: tour screens, event walls, brand systems that never render the same frame twice.
WebGL product experiences that run smoothly on a mid-range phone — turntables, configurators, exploded views.
Sensor-driven pieces for galleries, lobbies, and launches — camera, LIDAR, or controller input, built to run unattended for months.
Output
Word gets around
“Rio built our album site in five weeks and it got written up in three design roundups before the record even dropped. The label asked who our agency was.”
“The configurator did what two years of spec sheets couldn't — people finally understood the product. Session time tripled.”
“Handed him an impossible deadline and a vague brief. Got back the most reliable piece of software in the building. It ran the lobby wall for 14 months untouched.”
FAQ
Starting points are listed per service; every project gets a fixed written quote after a scoping call. Small experiments start around $5k, installations run higher, and I'll say early if your budget and brief don't match.
Launch sites usually run four to six weeks; installations eight to twelve. I book two or three projects a quarter, so lead time matters more than build time — write early.
Constantly. I'm comfortable as the technical half of a creative team — white-label or credited, your call, agreed up front.
Every build ships with docs, monitoring, and a handover session. Most clients take a light maintenance retainer; several installs have run for a year-plus untouched.
