Meet the medical director
Vasa Aesthetic Clinic is led by Dr. Elena Vasa, MD, a board-certified physician with twelve years in aesthetic medicine. She writes every treatment plan herself, performs the advanced injectable and laser work, and trains every clinician in the practice to one standard: anatomy first, restraint always.
Her rule for new patients is simple — if we can't show you the change in your own before-and-after photos, we won't sell it to you. Roughly one consultation in five ends with us recommending less than the patient came in expecting to buy. That honesty is why most new patients arrive as referrals from old ones.

Forty-five minutes on your skin history, medications, and goals — and an honest conversation about what treatment can and cannot do.
A written plan, with prices
You leave with a treatment plan on paper: sessions, spacing, real costs, and expected downtime. No same-day pressure — take it home.
Treatment, unhurried
Numbing, baseline photos, and the treatment itself, performed to protocol. We book generous slots so nothing is rushed.
The two-week review
Results are assessed against your baseline photos. If a touch-up is clinically right, it happens then — not sold to you at checkout.

Will I look overdone?
That outcome is our failure case, and we plan against it. We dose conservatively, photograph everything, and book a two-week review — it is far easier to add a little than to live with too much.
Who actually performs the treatments?
A board-certified physician writes every plan. Injectables are performed by Dr. Vasa or our nurse injector, lasers by certified laser technicians, and IV therapy by registered nurses. Nobody at Vasa treats outside their license.
How much does a first appointment cost?
Consultations are $75, credited toward any treatment you book. If our honest advice is 'do nothing yet', you've spent $75 to be told the truth — most patients consider that money well spent.
What results can I realistically expect?
It depends on the treatment, your skin, and your consistency — which is exactly what the consultation is for. We show you before-and-afters of patients with similar starting points, not our highlight reel, and we'll say plainly when the right answer is a referral to a dermatologist.
Is there downtime?
Injectables: usually none beyond possible bruising. Resurfacing and laser: two to seven days of redness or peeling depending on depth. We schedule around your calendar and never book aggressive treatments right before a big event.
