Supplies, pets, keys, and what happens if we miss a spot.
Do I need to provide supplies or a vacuum?
Nope — we bring everything, including HEPA-filter vacuums and color-coded cloths so bathroom rags never touch your kitchen. Prefer we use a specific product of yours? Just leave it out and tell us.
Are you okay with pets in the home?
We love them. Tell us their names and quirks when you book — teams carry treats (with your permission) and are careful with door-dashers. We'll work around nap spots too.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the missed areas free of charge. If we still miss the mark, that visit is on us. It's the guarantee we've run since day one.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Most clients aren't. About half give us a door code or lockbox key, stored encrypted and never labeled with your address. You'll get a text when your team arrives and another when they're done.
How does scheduling and rescheduling work?
Book online or by phone; recurring clients get a standing slot with the same team. Life happens — reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, right from the confirmation text.
