I spent nine years on hiring panels before I coached my first candidate. Let's turn what you've actually done into answers that land — and a number you're not afraid to say out loud.
Work with me
Clear engagements with clear prices — pick the one problem we solve first.
Ninety minutes to untangle where you are and where you're pointed: what to pursue, what to stop applying to, and the two or three moves that actually change your trajectory.
We rebuild your materials around outcomes instead of duties — written in your voice, tested against how recruiters really read: eight seconds, top third, results first.
Mock interviews with the questions you'll actually get, recorded and reviewed together. You'll leave with tight, true stories for the twelve prompts that decide most panels.
Live support between offer and signature: the counter, the script, and what to say when they say no. My clients' average lift is five figures.
The process
Short, focused, and built around your actual goal.
We start with a free intro call: where you are, where you're pointed, and whether I'm the right person to help.
You get a short written plan — the sessions we'll run, the order we'll run them in, and what done looks like.
Focused sessions with homework between them. Everything is practical, recorded, and yours to keep.
We end when the goal is reached — not when a package runs out. Many clients return years later for one-off tune-ups.
About me
I've read more than ten thousand resumes and sat on hundreds of hiring panels, and here's the secret: the best candidate rarely wins. The best-prepared one does. As a recruiter and then a talent lead, I watched brilliant people talk themselves out of offers — burying the result in the process, apologizing for career gaps nobody cared about, accepting the first number because negotiating felt rude.
Now I coach the people I used to evaluate. We work in short, focused engagements: your story first, then the search, then the interviews, then the offer. Everything is drawn from what you've really done — my job is translation, not fiction. Most clients finish in six to ten sessions, and the negotiation session alone usually pays for all of them.
Kind words
“I'd been applying for eight months with silence. Aribel rewrote how I told my story, and I had three onsites in five weeks. The offer I signed was 22% above my target number.”
“The mock interviews were uncomfortably accurate — two of her questions came up word for word. I've never walked into a panel that calm.”
“I was ready to accept the first offer. One session and one email later, they added $28k and a signing bonus. Ridiculous return on an afternoon.”
FAQ
Mid-career professionals, mostly in and around tech — engineers, PMs, designers, marketers, analysts — plus people leaving one industry for another. If you have five-plus years of work behind you and trouble talking about it, we'll get along.
A resume service polishes a document. We fix the thinking underneath it — what you're aiming at, which stories prove you can do it, and how you talk about them under pressure. The documents fall out of that work, not the other way around.
Most engagements run six to ten sessions over two or three months. Single sessions exist for single problems — a negotiation this Friday, a final-round panel on Monday.
No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. What I can show you is the pattern: clients who do the work interview dramatically better, and the negotiation results are documented above.
Yes — video sessions with shared docs, so it works the same from Seattle or Singapore. Recordings are yours to keep.

Bring the job posting, the stuck search, or the offer letter. You'll leave with one concrete next step — whether or not we ever work together.
