REAL-TIME DECISION INTELLIGENCE

Telemetry in. Decisions out. 38 ms flat.

ApexSignal ingests every event your operation emits — GPS, sensors, scanners, ERP — scores it against your rules, and routes the call to the operator who can act. No dashboards to stare at. No alerts that don't matter.

SPEC SHEET

Measured, not promised

Live production numbers, refreshed monthly. Audited yearly.

Event-to-alert latency

Median time from raw event to a routed, human-readable alert, across all production tenants.

38 ms

Sustained ingest

Events per second on a standard cluster — peak-season bursts absorbed, nothing dropped.

1.2M/s

Platform availability

Trailing twelve months, all regions, independently monitored.

99.99%

Signal coverage

Follow-the-sun desks in Rotterdam, Chicago, and Singapore watch the platform that watches you.

24/7

Time-to-first-action

Median improvement reported by operations teams after ninety days live.

SYSTEMS

The platform

One decision layer between raw telemetry and the person who acts — no dashboard in the middle.

01

Signal Ingest

Every stream in one pipe: GPS, IoT sensors, barcode scans, EDI, ERP webhooks. 40+ native connectors, schema-on-read, 1.2M events per second sustained.

02

Decision Routing

Rules score each event against live context and route the call to the one operator who can act — with escalation timers when nobody does.

03

Response Playbooks

Codify the fix once. When a rule trips, the playbook walks the on-shift operator through containment, notification, and recovery — step-stamped and timed.

04

Audit Ledger

Every signal, score, decision, and acknowledgement written to an immutable ledger. Reconstruct any incident minute by minute; export to CSV or your SIEM.

DEPLOYMENT

Deploy in three sprints

Six weeks from first packet to full production. Your ops leads keep the keys.

01

Connect

Point your streams at the ingest API — GPS, sensors, scanners, ERP. First live signal the same day, full coverage by end of sprint one.

02

Calibrate

Your ops leads and our deployment engineers encode the routing rules and thresholds, then replay 90 days of history to tune out the noise before anyone gets paged.

03

Commit

Alerts go live desk by desk. Playbooks attach to the top ten incident classes, and the audit ledger starts writing. Average time to full production: six weeks.

FIELD REPORTS

From ports, fleets, and plant floors

We ran Rotterdam gate-in on ApexSignal for one peak week. It flagged a reefer power fault fourteen minutes before our SCADA alarm did — that was the whole business case. Sign-off took one meeting.
Jeroen Vandermeer, Terminal Operations Director, Delta Container Group
Before: forty dashboards and a group chat. After: one ranked queue with the playbook attached. Night shift closes incidents 3.2× faster, and I stopped getting the 2 a.m. calls.
Angela Ruiz, VP Network Operations, Vector Freight
We put 212 sensors across two extrusion lines on ApexSignal. Unplanned downtime is down 41% in two quarters — and the morning meeting finally argues about fixes, not about whose numbers are right.
Marcus Feld, Head of Plant Reliability, Halden Extrusion

QUERIES

Direct answers

Asked on every pilot call. Answered without hedging.

How long does deployment actually take?

First signal lands the day you point a stream at the ingest API. A single site typically reaches full production — rules tuned, playbooks attached, operators trained — in six weeks across three sprints. Multi-site networks stage one site at a time.

Does ApexSignal replace our SCADA, TMS, or WMS?

No — it sits on top of them. Those systems keep running your operation; ApexSignal ingests what they emit, correlates it across systems, and routes the decision. Rip-and-replace is exactly what we were built to avoid.

What happens to alerts nobody acknowledges?

They escalate. Every routing rule carries an escalation path with timers — five minutes unacknowledged goes to the shift lead, fifteen to the duty manager. Nothing dies in a queue, and the ledger records who saw what, when.

Where does our data live?

Your tenant runs in the region you choose — EU (Frankfurt), US (Virginia), or APAC (Singapore) — encrypted in transit and at rest. Command plans can run in your private cloud or fully on-prem. We're SOC 2 Type II audited annually.

Can we write our own routing rules?

Yes — that's the point. Rules are plain, versioned configuration your ops leads own: no tickets to us, no consultants. Most teams write their first custom rule in under an hour.

DOCTRINE

Slow information is the most expensive thing you own.

NEW DEPLOYMENT

Race every signal into a decision.

Point one live stream at ApexSignal and watch the first routed alert land inside a day. Two weeks, your telemetry, your rules — and if median latency clears 50 ms, walk away.
